Shortbread
Super easy

This is a traditional Scottish shortbread recipe.  Simple ingredients with fantastic flavour.

Ingredients

Base

1 cup butter, unsalted, softened
1/2 cups white sugar
2 cups Frankie's gluten-free all-purposee flour

Shortbread Directions

Preheat your oven to 325°F or 160°C

 

Whip butter in a mixing bowl.  Add sugar and whip together.  Add Frankie's gluten-free all-purpoe flour blend and mix until combined.  Spread out into a glass pie dish or 9 x 9 inch (23 x 23cm) cookie sheet.  Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

 

Recipe can be doubled, tripled, quadrupled...
